Rachael Towle is a certified proposal management professional who is passionate about helping others. Rachael serves as the President of APMP’s MidSouth Chapter, supporting other proposal and business development professionals in Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Rachael holds a B.S. in Sociology from Athens State University in Athens, Alabama. Additionally, Rachael completed all coursework for an A.S. in Accounting and has extensive studies in English and Psychology.

As a lifelong learner, Rachael jumped at the opportunity to learn more about the geospatial industry when offered a role in assisting with geospatial proposals. Not long after, proposals became her world.

Rachael uses Shipley and APMP best practices to produce compliant, compelling, and persuasive proposals. Whether you are proposing to clients at the state or municipal level, or a federal agency, Rachael is ready to elevate your proposals for the win.
